Terms of a Private Order

By placing an order, you enter into a Contract with Anya Marokko Label. Our operating address is: Studio 2, Mowlem Street Studios, 3-7 Mowlem Street, Bethnal Green, London E2 9HE

At the time of placing an order, we will measure you and advise the best size and agree fabrics and finishings of the chosen design(s).

The order will take approximately 3 weeks to complete. All works are carried out at a London-based manufacturing studio. We will notify you when it is ready and will arrange a courier delivery, free of charge, to your designated delivery address.

We will take a 50% pre-payment at the time of placing an order and the remaining 50% upon delivery. We accept major debit and credit cards through iZettle, Barclaycard Anywhere and Shopify payments and cheques.

Please note that the garment purchased by order is non-refundable, unless it varies significantly in size and finishings from the agreed at the time of order. If the return has been agreed, we will arrange a courier collection of the garment(s) and issue a full refund.
